About MedGym Local
Medgym Local is a joint venture between MedPlaza and Fitness Local.
We recognise the importance of ongoing exercise as we age to ensure adequate fitness and strength for you to do the things you want to do.
All programs are supervised by an exercise physiologist based on latest clinical research into exercise therapy with particular emphasis on chronic medical conditions. Our aim is for you to embrace exercise to be fitter, more stable, and reduce pain to live longer and stronger!
We provide a safe environment for exercise for those who would not normally attend a gym or find gyms intimidating. To our knowledge we are the first such 'clinical' gym in Sydney.
